The powdery and iris undertones are swept up in a very strong aldehyde note which for me feels medicinal and certainly not modern or sexy. To me, Sensual Elixir is a modern cleaner version of No 5 and smells like No 5. Eau Premiere has more citrus (which I like) and a powdery vanilla in the drydown which I couldn't tolerate after a while, unless I layered the scent with something else.
