I have a 7.25in wrist and the 41 seems too big and 36 slightly small for my taste when I've tried them on. In general I view watches over 40mm a bit outdated size wise unless it's a diver style watch where the rotating bezel takes up a lot of the real .I have a 6.5in wrist and a new 36mm Datejust.
