Even though Quartz is “less desirable”, it’s arguably better for a daily worn tool watch anyway. Much more accurate than a mechanical and you don’t need to muck around winding it and setting the time if you don’t wear it for a few days. I have the 39mm, a silver automatic and a blue dial quartz. Both are phenomenal. You can get the quartz for less from Japan mostly, but may require a service and import fees so if you trust the seller and the condition is good and recently serviced- price seems very fair. I think this series of Omega Aqua Terras fits squarely in the excellent one watch collection category. Plenty of OEM strap options that can dress it up or down, reliable and functional movement, and depending on how you acquire .
